What happens after you send your profile.

Tell us your trade, experience, languages and when you could start. The candidate form takes a few minutes.

Screening
We review your experience and, where relevant, arrange a short conversation to confirm your skills and expectations.

Employer matching
Your profile is presented to Lithuanian employers recruiting for your trade, with your consent.

Interview and offer
If an employer is interested, an interview is arranged. Any offer of employment comes from the employer and is subject to Lithuanian law.
What employers look for
- Trade skills and relevant work experience
- Certificates or licences for regulated roles, where you hold them
- A passport valid for the duration of the placement
- English at a working level; Lithuanian is an advantage, not a requirement
- Willingness to relocate for the agreed period
