Seven services, one process

From sourcing abroad to the first working week.

Employers rarely need a recruitment service in the abstract. They need a specific role filled, by a specific date, with someone who can do the work.

Our services are designed to be combined around that requirement: sourcing in the right candidate markets, screening for trade skills and experience, coordinating the placement, and supporting the worker and the employer once the job begins.

01

International Recruitment

Discuss this service

Our principal service. We run the full recruitment cycle for roles that cannot be filled from the domestic labour market: agreeing the profile with the employer, sourcing abroad, screening for skills and suitability, coordinating interviews, and supporting the candidate through to their first day of work.

What it includes

  • Role profiling and requirement analysis with the employer
  • Targeted international search and candidate longlisting
  • Skills, experience and language screening
  • Interview coordination and offer support
02

Recruitment & Sourcing of Workers from Abroad

Discuss this service

Sourcing is where international recruitment succeeds or fails. We build talent pools in the countries and trades relevant to each requirement, approach candidates directly, and keep a documented record of how each person was identified and assessed.

What it includes

  • Market and trade mapping in countries of origin
  • Direct sourcing, advertising and referral networks
  • Documented candidate assessment and shortlists
  • Language level and qualification checks
03

Provision of Workers to Lithuanian Businesses

Discuss this service

For employers who need workers on site rather than a recruitment campaign, we coordinate the provision of workers under clear commercial terms. Employment conditions, contracts and documentation are handled in line with applicable Lithuanian employment and licensing requirements.

What it includes

  • Agreed terms, volumes and start dates
  • Coordination of employment documentation
  • Arrival, induction and first-week support
  • Single point of contact for the employer
04

Temporary Staffing & Workforce Solutions

Discuss this service

Temporary staffing gives employers capacity without permanent headcount commitments. We plan the roster against your production or service cycle, source and prepare the workers, and stay involved for the duration of the assignment.

What it includes

  • Demand and shift-pattern planning
  • Short-notice and seasonal workforce cover
  • Roster, attendance and replacement coordination
  • Ongoing review with the employer
05

Employment Placement

Discuss this service

Where an employer has a defined vacancy, we match candidates against it and manage the placement process: interviews, selection feedback, offer terms and the practical steps between acceptance and the first working day.

What it includes

  • Vacancy-to-candidate matching
  • Interview scheduling and feedback
  • Offer and start-date coordination
  • Pre-arrival briefing for the candidate
06

HR & Recruitment Consultancy

Discuss this service

Recruiting abroad changes the way a role should be described, priced and supported. We advise employers on recruitment process design, role structure, onboarding and retention, so that an international hire becomes a settled member of the team.

What it includes

  • Recruitment process and role design
  • Employer positioning in international markets
  • Onboarding and induction frameworks
  • Retention and workforce stability advice
07

Workforce Planning & Recruitment Support

Discuss this service

We help employers look ahead: which roles will be needed, in what volume, and how long international recruitment takes to deliver them. The output is a practical recruitment plan, with support for your HR team while it is executed.

What it includes

  • Workforce demand and skills gap analysis
  • Recruitment timelines and pipeline planning
  • Documentation and process support for HR teams
  • Progress reporting against the agreed plan

How we operate

Recruitment, placement and staffing are delivered in accordance with applicable Lithuanian employment, immigration and licensing requirements. Terms are confirmed in writing before a placement begins.

We do not guarantee employment, visas or residence permits. Any employment offer is made by the employing company and is subject to Lithuanian law; candidates are informed of the terms of a role before committing to it.
